Following the acceptance of our proposal, we will arrange for a colour and fixtures selection at one of our trusted suppliers.
A contract will be executed and your start date will be locked in. We will commence ordering materials such as your tiles, vanity, shower bases, tapware, etc.
The fun part begins. We will remove wall linings and existing floor coverings, rough in all of your plumbing and electrical points. Following this, we will complete any carpentry work that may be required, line your walls with gyprock and complete the waterproofing. The transformation then continues when we install the vanity and tiles with your new wet area starting to take shape. Following this, we will paint the room, complete all the electrical fit off, caulk all of the required joins, install your mirror and shower screen and book a handover inspection.
